We spent the July 4th holiday weekend at the Mountain View Grand Resort in New Hampshire. It was the perfect mix of quiet New England relaxation, fun activities, and some truly excellent food.
Granita is the perfect frozen dessert for a hot summer day. Make it with strawberries and blueberries and you also have the perfect red, white, and blue treat for the 4th of July!
