Expecting Baby #3
I’ve got some exciting news to share…we’re expecting baby #3! I’m well into the second trimester and finally over the dreaded morning sickness. To add to the excitement, we recently found out that we’re expecting a BOY! I was completely shocked and thought for sure that we were having another girl. My husband is of course thrilled and I’m so excited to have a “mama’s boy!”
This pregnancy has thankfully been easier than the first one, but because I had so many complications with the twins, I’m still a little on edge. Thankfully I have a wonderful midwife (who I love!) and a team of perinatologists (high-risk obstetricians) who are following my care very closely. Everyone assumes that this pregnancy should go smoothly because it’s only a singleton but you can never be too cautious.
